We want you to love what arrives at your door as much as we loved making it. Every piece is handcrafted in small batches, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
At Nightshade Nook Décor, every piece is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to detail. Because of the unique, handmade nature of our products, we want you to love what you receive as much as we loved creating it.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To start a return, please contact us at info@nightshadenook.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Once received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs) or send a replacement if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each piece is handcrafted and made to order, certain items are final sale:
Custom or personalized orders
Made-to-order furniture pieces
Clearance or seasonal sale items
Gift cards
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We’ll always do our best to repair, replace, or refund when appropriate.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee receipt of lost packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins or an item ships, we cannot cancel.
