Cleaning Out Cracks: Any cracks in the wood are cleaned out to prepare for the next stages of the process.
Planing: The wood is planed to achieve a smooth, even surface, which is essential for creating high-quality products.
Jointer: The wood is run through the jointer to ensure perfectly flat edges, which is crucial for the next steps.
Sanding: Sanding the wood ensures a silky smooth finish, ready for the epoxy resin application.
Placing in HDPE Forms: The prepared wood slabs are placed into custom HDPE forms, where the epoxy resin rivers will be poured.
