Shipping Policy
Shipping for all orders is via USPS, UPS or FedEx and is calculated at checkout based on standard shipping rates unless otherwise noted. Certain items classified as bulk, heavy or oversized will incur additional shipping charges. Those charges will be denoted during checkout. Express options are quoted during checkout.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST with order in place and payment received, will be shipped the same day provided it is in stock. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped the next business day. You can expect your package to arrive within 2-10 business days in most cases. Standard transit times vary and are not guaranteed.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST with prescriptions in place and payment received, will be shipped the same day provided it is in stock. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
What is standard shipping?
Standard shipping is our default shipping method. Under this option we will either use United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your package. This determination will be made based on speed and cost effectiveness.
How much does shipping cost?
Our checkout page will quote all of this for you based on your shipping address. The cost is based on standard shipping rates unless otherwise noted. Shipping options are available for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska, at an additional charge. Customers have the option to upgrade to express shipping options which are quoted during checkout.
How long does ground shipping take?
When you order from us, you can expect your package to arrive within 2-10 business days in most cases. Standard transit times vary and are not guaranteed.
Will you ship to an APO address or PO Box?
No, we do not ship to APO addresses or PO Boxes.
Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?
No, at this time we only ship to the United States and U.S. Territories.

Since WiseBond™ Epoxy and/or Nightshade Nook Decor ships Ground via common carriers and Fedex and UPS, sometimes minor damages or delivery issues may occur and are beyond our control. Therefore do not schedule your epoxy pour until you have received your order correctly and in usable condition. WiseBond™ Epoxy and/or Nightshade Nook Decor will not be responsible for lost time or labor issues triggered by material shipment delays.
Please check all orders carefully upon receipt for proper items. WiseBond™ Epoxy and/or Nightshade Nook Decor will not be responsible for damages, replacements, or mis-shipments if not brought to our attention – prior to the starting of your project. Please allow us reasonable time to correct any packing or shipping problems. You must make sure that personnel are available to accept packages when delivered. WiseBond™ Epoxy and/or Nightshade Nook Decor will not and cannot be held responsible for weather-related damages or freezing to our products left outside if no personnel is available to receive them.
We do not ship internationally, and only ship Wisebond products within the 48 contiguous states
